Role: Marketing Manager

Stone Curators is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing leader who will not only execute in the trenches, but also provide strategic leadership, from a market and product perspective, to our management team.


  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
  • Build marketing brand awareness, strengthening existing marketing opportunities and partnerships and forging new ones
  • Oversee banding and the marketing strategy including:
    • Marketing campaigns, advertising, newsletters, content marketing, events and PR/Communications;
  • Develop and execute the marketing planning calendar
  • Manage the digital marketing strategy across paid search, social, remarketing and affiliates to drive growth
    • Social Media
  • Assume fiscal responsibility for budget reporting and monitoring
  • Lead and participate in ideation, strategy and road mapping sessions with Executive Leadership Team to develop compelling campaigns that raise awareness, generate leads and drive sales



  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software, HubSpot preferred
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Perform well under deadlines and pressure with a variety of work
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
  • At least two years’ experience as a marketing manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
  • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
  • Planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy for Intelligent Locations designed to achieve growth
  • Produce and deliver executive reports identifying areas of opportunity and risk, budgetary spend, ROI and growth against target
